Thank you for your interest in an Honors Music Scholarship at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Webb University. Honors Music Scholarships are for undergraduate students majoring in Music and are renewed on an annual basis. Music majors must participate in a major ensemble aligning with their Primary Applied instrument to maintain Honors Music Scholarship requirements. Honors Music Scholarships are based on a formal audition to be completed in the semester prior to formal acceptance in a Music degree at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½-Webb.
Honors Music Scholarships are awarded in addition to all of a given student’s other scholarship awards and will be an amount between $500 – $6,000 per year depending on the quality of performance and musicianship in formal audition. Please note that Music majors at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½-Webb are not eligible for Non-Music Major Ensemble Scholarships. Music majors are eligible for scholarship via participation in Marching Bulldogs ($1,000/yr) and GWU Pep Band ($250/yr).
